1. Alexey Savelyev
2. 34:06, 35:18 (Basically the whole BTR team strat)
3. Dear Administration, what you are doing here by this decision is basically allowing teams to sacrifice or to recruit a driver who is going to be a lap down (or multiple laps down) and simply hold down competitors, using P2P on the straights and never letting go drivers behind, parking the car on the apex, blocking incoming attacks and moving under braking. 2\1 penalty points without further changes into regualtions are not stopping anyone doing this again and will change racing into a lame competition of who blocks better. It isn't smart, it isn't showing respect nor does it show sporsmanship behavior. This is simply not why we bunch up to race aginst each other.

appeal for incident #70

1. Mathieu Leclerc
2. Yaroslav Shelomanov
3. Race, lap 67 1:27:35
4. Dear Administration, please consider all the sequence, not only the incident at turn 6
i did the moves to let pass the leaders cars as i know blue flag is presented to me.

lap 66 i put new fresh red soft tires, better grip and traction now on accel, car is confortable
then lap 67 i got blue flag at turn 1
i stay on the outside of track, right side for turn 2 to let room for Yaroslav
but Yarsolav went too long on brakes and goes in grass.
i avoid him and drove through turn 3-4-5
before turn 6 i brake a bit earlier to let pass Yaroslav, my onboard view i don't go to apex to let him go through,
i decided not to go to the apex to let room for him Yaroslav go for the sideline but i think he slips and get understeer by touching the inside curb
and touch me 1h27.39, and maybe i did not leave a large space but i dont block
i really wanted to let him by at this moment, at this turn it was my decision
at exit of turn 6 to turn 7 1h27.41 second contact i am out of track i can not see him in my blind spot i try to avoid grass and go back on track and
i let him pass at turn 8.
for me race incident

3. Race Session, time code 0:15:50 (Lap eight 08) restart after Safetycar
4. very late braking at turn 3, divebomb when i have already decided to take my apex
i know Sergey is faster but on cold tires, cold brakes after Safetycar i would have let him by in next straight after turn 6
no damage but he absolutly did not leave me space at exit of turn because of high speed.

contact in my rear left suspension with his car and rear right suspension with tire wall
+ 40 sec at pitstop
i know he is faster i would have let him by in next straight after turn 6 i am not here to block or win the race.
