Form for appeals.

1. Henk-Jan Steneker
2. Race: 00:50:27
3. I just wanted to follow the car ahead but suddenly he slowed down more in the middle of the corner. I did not expect it but I should have reacted better. The cars behind me are also mentioned as me being the one who crashed them, but in fact they are equally guilty as me for not reacting well to what happened in front of them.
I would like the stewards to reconsider blaming me for the actions of the cars behind me. I asked other drivers and they agree I should not be blamed for the behaviour of the cars behind me.

DAYTONA GRAND PRIX - APPEALS

descriptionProtests and verdicts EmptyColision with Perez x Jair Oliveira

I'm lost here! From the start I placed myself outside the racing line of the cars behind me, without defending my position or making it difficult to be overtaken. I just wanted to finish the race without incident, as I had problems with a power outage during the qualifier. I was hit from behind in an apex where I left the outside to be overtaken, the driver hits me, I lost 135s for repairs, I lost 3 laps and saw my race ruined by a driver who was involved in many incidents. How can I be the cause of a crash like that. Review my 1st lap and review this driver's lap before hitting me. please. If they still consider me responsible for any accident involving other drivers, I will accept any penalty without questioning anything.

1. Alexey Savelyev (PromixFlame and PromixFrost CEO)
2. Tim Hauck
3. Race: Laps from 16 to 28 (31:33, 31:59, 32:05, 33:24, 34:01, 34:30, 35:15), Laps from 44 to 48 (56:24, 56:47, 58:30, 58:37)
4. Indirect integration into a fight for the win of the race, being a lapped car and thus helping his teammate, conducting a team order. Tim Hauck being a sister car to Antonis Paparinopoulos working on his teammate in order to let him: During Lap 16-28 to get close to Fabian Balle, and During Lap 44-48 get away from the pair of Andres Valles and Fabian Balle. Which makes it both team orders incident and getting indirectly involved into a fight for the win. Since none of these terms are in the actual rulebook for the season, it makes this up to the stewards to direct this investigation. In Indycar racing you are not prohibited to stay infront of the car trying to lap you if you are actually faster, and if you are creating no issues trying to defend when they try to attack you, which I stated timestamps for when Tim Hauck fights respectfully Fabian Balle and Andres Valles on some occasions making it very dangerous.

Purpose of this protest is to raise awareness to this disrespectful misconduct and to regulate this properly. Lapped racers are to be either allowed to do whatever they want to during races, or they should yeild in a certain amount of time. Otherwise, like we saw today, just leaving it to "stay respectful to each other" aren't going to do much, and it will create future precedents.

3. Race my lap 53 1h09.36
4. i am P15 black hard tires i am slower than red's, Mark P24 is faster than me in red soft tires
after turn8 i let him got through i start to brake to ease the pass but at entry of turn 10, he hit me at high speed (250 kmh), creating some suspension damages (dark blue) to my car but not repairable (it is N/A in pit menu)

1. Mathieu Leclerc
2. Mark Varadi
3. Race my lap 66 1h26.40
4. i get out of pitlane from my tire change (horrible vibrations with black tires and put new fresh red soft tires), then i got blue flag i let pass P4 Andres Valles at turn 8, Mark P24 dont hold the apex, hit me creating some suspension damages, one more time, (dark blue) to my car but not repairable (it is N/A in pit menu)

1. Mathieu Leclerc
2. Yaroslav Shelomanov
3. Race, lap 67 1:27:35
4. lap 66 i put new fresh red soft tires then lap 67 i got blue flag at turn 1 i stay on the outside of track, right side for turn 2 but Yarsolav went too long on brakes and goes in grass.
at turn 6 i brake a bit earlier to let pass one more time Yaroslav, my onboard view i don't go to apex to let him go through, i decided not to go to the apex but i think Yaroslv slips, understeer by touching the inside curb and touch me 1h27.39, and maybe i did not leave a large space also but i really wanted to let him by at this moment, at this turn.
at exit of turn 6 to turn 7 1h27.41 second contact i am out of track i can not see him in my blind corner try to avoid grass
i let him pass at trun 8.
